Tempo House

Formerly the garage of a 1920s forklift factory, we took the existing one-story structure and developed it into a two-story recording studio utilized by a range of local engineers and musicians. We employed passive building technology and design, added new floors, reinforced walls, added a raised seam metal roof and exterior insulation.
